Return/Exchange Policy

I really hope you love your purchase, but I understand if an item doesn’t work out. I offer exchanges or store credit within 10 days upon receipt of your jewelry. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new condition, unworn, and in all original packaging.


Return shipping charges are not credited and are the responsibility of the buyer. If you would like to return your piece, please send an email to rhubarbjewelry@gmail.com with the subject line “Return” to receive the necessary return authorization and further instructions on how to proceed. Exchanges and credits are made only after receiving and inspecting the return.


If you have received Rhubarb jewelry as a gift, you may exchange it within 10 days of receipt for store credit. Your piece must be in new condition, unworn, and in the original packaging.


I recommend using a tracked shipping service such as USPS Priority Mail, FedEx, or UPS, and insure for the full value of the item(s). Rhubarb Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen returns/exchanges.
